The access data provided by the CIPER Consortium staff to the persons designated by each corporation, may not be, under any circumstances, shared with any third parties.

All the content of the private area is strictly confidential and accessible only to those companies which have declared countries of interest to the CIPER Consortium. Releasing any information of the private area to third parties will carry a penalty to be determined by the CIPER Consortium Steering Committee. The sole purpose of any action taken in this regard must be to protect the information of the private area.

All data, minutes, presentations, conference résumés, reports, and so forth, presented in the private area will remain property of the CIPER Consortium according to the Organic Law 3/2018 dated 5 December on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of the digital rights which develops the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation and to supplement its provisions.
